  3. We book a 45-minute call.
    You walk us through the problem. We walk you through how we'd approach it, what we'd build, and roughly what it would cost. No deck. No theater.

  4. You decide whether to keep going.
    If yes, we draft a scope and a proposal. If no, you walk away with a clearer picture of what to build — and our blessing to go build it elsewhere.
